The doctor is fantastic, if it was just her I would give 5 stars for sure, but the rest of the service leaves something to be desired. When I need to order contacts they're a bit rude over the phone and it's impossible to find any needed info on line so I do have to call every time. That being said, the doctor really is great and the prices are super low.
