Only one visit, mostly to get acquainted, but he did spend time with my pets and treated the one that wasn't feeling well. His fees seemed a tiny bit on the "high" side, but I could be wrong about that and he was quite willing to spend time with me, answer my questions, and give me advice (I also got the standard free samples!). I therefore believe that Dr. Esau has demonstrated a commitment to his profession and to caring for my pets. I again emphasize that this was our FIRST visit to Dr. Esau.
