I was so sorry to see the last review. My wife Linda and I (I'm Diane, which should address the discrimination comment above) have taken our two dogs to the Canfield's for the last ten years. I get tears in my eyes just writing this when I think of the amazing services they provide not only to animals, but to the animal's owners. They have treated us like family, given more than anyone could expect to our animals, and are a true blessing to the New Port Richey community. True kindness and light resides in their practice and this includes all the amazing and colorful staff members. All our love~Diane, Linda, Elcee, and Zoee

This vet and his wife lack integrity. They refused to answer my calls (4 from me, 2 from my partner, and 5 calls from my regular vets office) with reference to my dog, whom is allergic. They had no intention of refilling my dogs allergenic medication until absolutely forced to. That's called denying my animal his meds, which he needs to be comfortable in life. The result of him not having it would have put him in danger. Needless to say I removed my animals records from this office.
When the wife called me to get paid for the vile she lied through her teeth about the entire incident.
Beware - this office is homophobic and they will NOT help you or your animal.
