Back in the day when Dr Bob was inCoventry and was planning to move to Richmond, there was no doubt that we would follow him to Richmond. We had two Cats CT and Pete and an English Bulldog Busta. It was ALWAYS a pleasure to take them for their shots and checkups. Loved seeing Lisa, her son and staff when we went. They are the best.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I have never seen them appear overwhelmed by too many pets. They are extremely organized and make sure the vet has plenty of time to see each patient for as long as necessary. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. The examining rooms at Dr. Bolton'sveterinarian#'s office were immaculate.
