They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and clean. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I will definitely return. I had an amazing experience and recovery. Dr. Paul W. Loewenstein, surgeon has an extremely precise technique combining science with art. He is by far the best I've ever seen. To date, I still would have not gone to any other surgeon and should have gone to him years ago.

Dr. Paul Loewenstein came very highly recommended to me from five St. Luke's Medical Center registered nurses who he had operated on. He has a very kind with a gentle approach and is a true humanitarian! For specifics, you may wish to check his website (www.gmps.yourmd.com) for his credentials and patient testimonials.

The office waiting area here is quite spacious, comfortable with a relaxing ambience. I have never noticed any overcrowding since the patients are attended to promptly. Everything seems to be spaced appropriately with sufficient pathway clearance.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. The office staff is polite, friendly, and maintained my confidentiality. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows!
