I was very concerned and could not find much information for otoplasty (ear pinning) for my 15-year-old daughter… After much research and a phone call we decided to choose Dr. Nuveen. I must say Dr Nuveen Was very helpful, kind and compassionate toward my daughter and her fear (mainly fear of needles.)

She was scared after she met with the nurse, because I do not think the nurse has any pediatric skills and I was not overly happy with her, but when Dr Nuveen walked in the door all of our fears disappeared. I think the nurse might be wonderful with adults which is primarily who they take care of. He had requested several special privileges for my daughter because of her fear and I’m very appreciative of that end it truly made us feel like she was not just a number to him but he treats every patient as they are the only one, We also never felt rushed.

Another very important factor to me was the communication I received after surgery. He gave us his cell phone number to call or text him with any issues after hours and no matter what time of day or night I called or text him out of concern for my daughter he responded very quickly and never acted like he was irritated at all and was always overly helpful in any way possible.

It took about 7 to 10 days for the pain to go away, but we could not be happier with the results! We would highly highly recommend him for Otoplasty!!!

I was so impressed with Dr Nuveen. he was so friendly and just talked to me like i was a friend. He took 1 hour with my consult. Jennifer showed me around the surgery center. I left with no ? To be asked. I am sold. Cant wait to schedule and see my results!I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
