Highly unprofessional and unethical, DO NOT USE.

After a few sessions with Ms. Gottlieb, I called to make a new appointment. My calls consistently went to voicemail, so I left a message and assumed she was out of the office. When I finally reached her two weeks later (after calling on a daily basis), Ms. Gottlieb claimed that I had an outstanding balance, which was false-I paid her in full with personal checks on the days of my appointments.

What bothers me is not that she made a mistake in her accounting, but that she knowingly failed to return my calls FOR TWO WEEKS. As a mental health professional, this is unacceptable. I deal with serious anxiety and depression, and Ms. Gottlieb's lack of professionalism forced me to delay getting help by two weeks. If she didn't want me to make an appointment, she could have had the courtesy to call me and tell me that so I could have found a new therapist. If I were suicidal, her actions might have cost me my life. She didn't even apologize.
