She is very thoughtful, non judgemental therapist who has really helped me self evaluate my fears along with old thinking patterns that have kept me from achieving my goals and fed into my self doubt. I have learned through Mary Beth that life keeps sending you the same message in many different ways until you wake up and take charge of your choices. She has helped me so much!
