The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.
