My spouse and I went to Barbara Taylor for marriage counseling. My spouse was undecided if they wanted to work on saving our marriage of many years or if they wanted out, so at the end of the very first session she told my spouse that she wanted an answer whether they wanted to stay in the marriage or not when we came back for the second session(we had barely been talking for an hour.) We did continue with her for a few more sessions even though I was not happy with her. I was made to feel like she was trying to convince my spouse to leave and my spouse felt that she was giving them permission to leave. Either way, it did not seem she was the least bit interested in helping us work on our relationship. We have found another counselor who is working out much better for us.
