They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer.
