I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I really didn't like the cheap, plastic chair they provided for me during the session. I thought it was weird that they wouldn't invest in nicer chairs for their clients. There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.
