I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. The counselors are well trained and you are very important to your counselor, not just a body to more through the office. Everyone in the office is friendly and welcoming.
