I've been seeing Susanna for around 6 months. She is really good at untangling complicated issues and feelings, validating one's experience, and also exploring paths forward. I have made more progress in the past six months with her than I did in the five years prior.

I don't sit in specific sessions and feel like I'm getting epiphanies, but I just have quietly gotten more emotionally healthy between sessions, and I recognize that a lot of it has to do with what happens in those sessions.

I am very grateful to have been referred to Susanna.
