They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places.
