I have been attending this counseling clinic in St. Cloud for several years, both personally and with a family member, and I can confidently say it is an outstanding facility. My counselor has consistently demonstrated a high level of understanding and is an extremely attentive listener, always remembering details from previous visits. The clinic, though smaller in size, provides an atmosphere that is warm and welcoming.

As with any popular place in St. Cloud, getting appointments can sometimes be a challenge due to high demand, but the wait is undoubtedly worth it. I have never encountered any billing issues, and leaving messages for my provider has always been seamless. The staff is efficient, professional, and genuinely dedicated to the well-being of their clients.

One of the standout features of this clinic is its flexibility, offering both virtual and in-person sessions. Regardless of the format, I have never felt judged in any way. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many.
