The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. During my last session, this woman broke down and sobbed like a little baby in describing the abuse she suffered at the hands of her father.
