I would highly recommend Gwen for any issue and for any age clientele. She is very intelligent, caring and insightful and gets right to the point of what someone is struggling with and what they need to work on. She is good at starting where her clients are (even if it is "in the middle") and then working backward and forward to make you feel like you are making progress and seeing improvements in your life. She offers solid feedback and analogies that fit instead of sitting back and just listening or digging for feelings. My college age daughter has seen Gwen for grief and loss issues as well as relationship problems and she felt very understood and supported. I have seen Gwen for marriage and family counseling and have benefited greatly from her wisdom, guidance and amazing insight. She is a beacon of light and a gem in the field of mental health providers. After one visit, I guarantee you will feel hopeful, relieved and glad that you made the first step.

Do you truly want to resolve your conflict? Get to the core. Find solutions which work.
Gwen is an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in her care. Your goals are respected, and she addresses your specific situation on a personal level with attention to detail.
It was easy to find her office and the environment is comfortable for open communication. She has been a great advocate for our family and a solid support system for each individual involved.
My recommendation, sit with her for a first session, you will be happy to schedule a second.
