They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return.

It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. The waiting area was overcrowded and too small. Multiple people had to stand as there were not enough seats. Everyone was pretty much wedged in.

All the time. They accuse me of making problems up

Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry

Not at all. It was obvious they didn't care about me
