There are no classes. I thought for the cost of this one on one training I would get professionals, instead there are a teenagers with very little training or knowledge that take you from one machine to another in 30 minutes. The place is small, just a few cardio machines available. My biggest complaint is the billing cycles. Every month I was charged on a different day, making the billing cycles less than a months time. Several months were short of a week or more. Hard to give any kind of notice when the day changes constantly. Very poor business practices overall. Nutrition appts waste of time. The owner is never around and leaves the facility in hands of teenagers.

There are no classes (yoga, kick boxing) Very small facility. Based on one on one training. However, the trainers are a bunch a teens with very little experience. The equipment is not current and just a few cardio machines. Charges can run up to $400 a month and you are lucky if you get all your sessions in before they bill you for the next month. Very seedy business owners that are never there and change the renewal date monthly. I left after a few months.
