They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be.

Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. The restrooms at this office were disgusting and smelled horrible. I couldn't even go. Obviously nobody cleans them or maintains them at all. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment.
