Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I would never recommend this place to any of my friends or family members. I wish there is some way I could have known how horrible it was going to be so I wouldn't have gone in the first place. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else.
