This place is NOT for assisted living. It's basically a dorm with people 50+ who take care of and fend for themselves. The building is not as secure as they claim. I've walked in and out of there without signing in and out. My father who lives there does the same thing. The front door is locked but I've had residents just let me in without asking me for ID and not knowing who I am. The facility is located behind a McDonald's and has an alleyway behind it. Any of the residents can walk out to Ogden Ave and go wherever they want. (Probably not a good idea for someone with Dementia).
The administrator, she's RARELY there. Good luck contacting her. It's filthy inside and out. They don't provide reliable transportation for the residents for appointments.
Somewhere online there's an advertisement that boasts how great this place is. They also show a photo of a worker with an elderly man smiling. It's a stock photo and the place is NOT like that. It's dark and gloomy inside.
They take all your SSI benefits as payment and then the remainder of the costs are received by government subsidy. Anyone living solely on SSI will have NO money for anything they need.
Im taking my father out of there and I regret letting him stay there. This place needs to be investigated and probably shut down. This place is one step above homeless.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Does this provider always put the customer first?
Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
