They weren’t terribly bad. Although they weren’t great at communicating with their patients either. The services they offered were very thorough, and effective, but they were seriously lacking in their abilities to communicate with their patients. I know they were like that with me and a fair amount of other patients as well. If for no other reason, I’m not all that surprised that they went out of business, for their lack of communication. They did start to improve on their communication with their patients toward the end of their tenure at the location in Murray, Utah.
