I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

I will absolutely return. They went above and beyond the call of duty to take care of my dog today. Dr. Bianucci was able to perform the necessary surgery on him the same day I took him there in order to relieve the pain, distress, and suffering my dog was experiencing. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Currently, he is in the care of the Emergency Veterinary staff who has been wonderful by keeping me updated with how my dog is doing. Despite the fact that this was an extremely rough day for both my dog and myself, I had the utmost confidence that my precious dog would receive nothing but the best treatment there. Hopefully, he will be able to come home tomorrow, but if not, I know for a fact that he is receiving nothing but excellent care while there. It is so comforting to know people who are in the right profession for the right reasons.
