How do you calculate your services, when most of my appointments lasted 20 minutes but charged $63.00 for Electrical stimulation, $62.00 for massage (only on a portion of lower back), and $79.00 for 1 minute adjustment? I repeated asked to see that I wouldn't get a surprise when you gave me a bill and was assured you hadn't billed out or you hadn't received insurance payment. My insurances paid over $3,000.00 for the 15 appointments, but you still think I should pay $893.95 or $627.14 if you can squeeze another $266.81 from my insurance companies.
