I couldn't believe that no food or water is made available for the animals here. The last time I was there my poor pet was practically dying of thirst. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. They do not keep the restrooms well-stocked here. No paper towels, toilet paper, or even a toilet seat cover! I had nothing to clean up with. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me.
