There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. This veterinarian was extremely friendly, and paid attention to both me and my pet. They really made the extra effort to make us feel welcome and at home. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Professional, caring and compassionate doctors and staff.
