One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. The vets and staff here were so nice and helpful; I have already told my loved ones that they should start coming here.
