They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. Of course at times vets have to do unpleasant procedures on the pets, but they always demonstrate care and compassion. I really trust them and so do my pets. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
