I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. They could've used quite a few more staff members and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. Their pricing was outrageously high. I was shocked and appalled at how much the bill was when it was time to pay and do not feel I got my money's worth at all. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring and even though I was handed paperwork to fill out, I still had to wait way past my appointment time. My time spent in the waiting room was overhearing rudeness between staff members and frustrated looks. They made no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them and I have decided to go elsewhere. I would NOT recommend them to anyone!
