They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They did not fully explain my pet's condition to me. I left frustrated and confused. Nothing was accomplished during my pet's appointment. I was extremely dissatisfied with both the veterinarian and how things went. i brought my cat home. it was not clean. he can home in a very bad state. he was pretty and clean when i left him. he wouldn't eat. i had to take him back to put him to sleep. i took him to get well in stead he died.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I do plan on recommending this animal hospital to my friends and family. I was really pleased with their work and how they treated my pets. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.
