The doctor was very friendly, and made me feel welcome. I really appreciated their outgoing attitude. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.
