Clinic looks nice from outside, but the parking lot is always empty--probably because the staff is rude, uneducated, rough with the animals and the customers, the prices are too high compared to other area vets. It's difficult to understand the reception staff on the phone and the office manager/veterinarian? Well, which is she? In my experience, as well as other people I've spoken with, the doctor and office have very limited hours and the office manager has been known to give medical advice in the doctor's absence. Call her on it, she will go ballistic on you. It scared my dog. Oh, and to top it off, they let my dog get out of the six foot chain link fence and lost him in one of the busiest places in Cape Coral at the busiest time of the day. They seemed pretty nonchalant and not very apologetic like "it happens". Must happen there a lot... will never trust them with any of my pets again. I'm not the only customer they greatly disappointed.

"Heather Burns--It saddens me to be here writing this. On Monday 4/7/14 my husband and son took my 18 month old bullterrier to this vet cause she was lethargic and not eating, she had only vomited once on Fri. They did 2 X-rays and a fecal exam and have her Flagyl 500mg and told them they could keep her for observation over night for about $900 did no labs before she left office. Later that day I called and spoke to JESSICA due to my Spencer started to vomit after she took her first dose of Flagyl and was told to give her the Bland GI wet food that they sent her home with. WHICH WAS FULL OF GRAINS AND RICE WHEN THEY WERE TOLD THAT MY DOG IS HIGHLY ALLERGIC. Was told that if she wasn't better by Wednesday to call them. They didn't even do a well check call to check on her. When I called Wednesday morning MISS. JESSICA was RUDE and told me that my husband and son didn't give the correct information for them to be able to treat her. How funny aren't you the VET with the license not us. Well I HOPE YOUR PROUD OF YOUR SELVES CAUSE SHE DIED. AND I PROMISE IT WILL NOT BE IN VAIN OH NO IT WON'T. YOU SHOULDE BE CLOSED DOWN AND JESSICA SHOULD BE TREATED HOW SHE TREATS PEOPLE. Even just the front desk Stephanie who I spoke with this morning had more manners and then your office manager JESSICA. And the Vet her self didn't even show my husband the films or reports from X-rays as we have done by other Vets in the past. If you want your pets to live DON'T BRING THEM HERE AND IF YOU DO MAY GOD BE WITH YOU AND YOUR ANIMAL.."

"Jike Mann: Stay away from this place. As mentioned in other review, the office manager (Jessica, I believe) is causing this vet to loose patients and money. She is rude and threatened to call the police on me because i kept asking her questions she could not answer like "where is the vet? She replied "she is at lunch" I ask "Why are you preforming medical services on my cat without a licensed practitioner on site? " She did not like me asking informed questions. Control freak. I filed a complaint with the State against the vet's license for failing to supervise performed medical services and the obnoxious behaviors of her staff. The worst experience I have ever had as a patron to a business. Do yourself a favor and stay away."

"Chad Brown: Anecdotal accounts aside, the doctor is unprofessional and severely lacking in knowledge of pharmaceutical and pathology directly related to her field. Her explanations are mediocre at best and I'm concerned of her surgical skills. Please only use this vet as your last option."

"A Google User: This place overcharges like crazy. They will not discount for multiple pets. They told me it is 'LAW' to pay at 50.00+ exam fee along with the rabies fee of 28.00. This was a lie... which they weren't really all that upset about when I called them about it. I had just had one of my dogs to see them not long before that and that visit cost me 300.00 which I found out later was WAY overcharging. They will also LIE about generic prescriptions being available. I've changed my vet. If you are a caring pet owner like myself, expect no less than great service and FAIR pricing from your vet. Over pricing vet fees keeps people from caring properly for pets."

"Rick M.--Cape Coral, FL: I was an established client of this practice. I took my newly adopted cat, made an appointment for 2 p.m. and arrived ten minutes early. Met with with the "practice manager". Not very friendly reception to start off with. She took me and my cat in the exam room and she and an assistant began trying to take my cat' rectal temp. I did not like their handling of my cat, he was not enjoying this and they pulled and held him. I told them stop. We'll we do this all the time." Her tone was argumentative and bitchy". I requested to see the vet. "They aren't here at lunch." she replied. I told them to stop treatment and asked to see their license to practice. The manager said " I don't have to show you and if you you don't leave..."
