Worst experience ever. Visited one morning suspecting an ulcer. The vet prescribed an NSAID, which can make ulcers worse or cause them. It turns out our pet was very sick, and less than a day later had to go to the ER where he was diagnosed with terminal cancer and we made the difficult decision to end his suffering. We had a number of prescriptions that they agreed to let us return since they were unused. We called at 11:52 to see if we could arrive to return them at about 12:04, as we were grieving our pet's loss only hours prior and lost track of time. They said they would not stay past 12:00. We paid them $340 the day before for a visit, and they would not stay four extra minutes. The following weekday we went in to return the medicines and were treated very rudely by the receptionist and business person, which are the two people who turned us away on the phone previously. The business person even called us liars as to when the call was made, even though we have the time stamp on our phone, and walked away in a huff like a child. I would never bring a pet here. Their staff lacks compassion and common decency. I was also unhappy about the NSAIDs prescribed when an ulcer was suspected.
