I’ve spent about $2000 and brought my dog twice for cataract surgery but both times the surgery wasn’t done. There was always some reason why they couldn’t do it. But no reason why they couldn’t charge me anyway.
If my dog wasn’t a candidate for surgery, tell me. I kind of feel like I was a sucker. Don’t keep telling me to bring my dog for surgery, then not do it TWICE but charge me giant bills for basically nothing😞

I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better.
