Each time i visit there is a problem with my charting, they forget which animal they're working on and have charted very serious items into the wrong dogs chart. Medicated wrong animal, didn't issue rabies certs/tags for one dog, gave me the wrong information multiple times over the phone and in regards to the expensive surgery noted below. I was told the dog needed two hip replacements, after speaking with the actual surgeon, that was NOT at all the case. They also told me their surgeon was so expensive because he was "board certified" this was a FLAT OUT LIE, I spoke with their mobile surgeon and he absolutely denied that and said he did not want to be misrepresented, that was the final straw.
Very expensive and have treated me as if i was wasting their time. The owner who i usually request as my veterinarian said to me when I was considering a very expensive (almost 4000.00 surgery) that "she was busy and couldn't talk" but had called me to discuss the matter. So basically saying she didn't have time to address my issues. I will not be returning after many years of going there, these issues were ongoing, dont' know why i didn't leave sooner.
