i came there with my cat who had the fip virus, which i didn't know at that time. a vet tech who didn't speak engl took xrays and tried to explain what was on it. i can't speak spanish so i asked if i could see the vet. the tech had to talk the vet into talking to me, i witnessed it , the door was open. finally the vet came out and told me it could be anything and he could run multiple tests, or treat it with cortizone.... i asked, how will cortizone react to my cats body? he said, he is to old for me to answer my question. i was speechless! i went out, paid for the xray, reported to the front desk lady who was sympathetic, and cried for a long time in my car! he was rude, arrogant, and i just went there because it's five minutes from my house. i went to my other vet, which lives across town and talked to his front desk lady, she told me, he shoutetd at her .... (my vets front desk lady is a sweet person, with not one single mean bone in her). after that, i somehow felt better. it wasn't that he didn't like me, he just don't care in general. he shares the office with another doctor, i heard, she is a great vet! the ladies and gents at the front desk are also very nice, but doc g is a nightmare!! stay away from him if you love your animal and if you like to be treated right :O)
