DON'T waste your time, gas, money, breath going to this unprofessional joke of a place! I called to check hours and location rushed home from my 100 mile commute to make it there AN HOUR before they closed! No where on their site or over the phone was I told you needed and appt to come in I wasn't greeted then was told to wait to see if the Dr could see me. After "secretly" chatting where I could see and hear as well I was told they couldn't see me today the Dr had to leave in 10 sharp and wouldn't have time they offered to call a vet nearby I mentioned I came there based on a referral and their reviews! After another "private" chat another in friendly lady came out briefly looked at my dog and said " we don't have time to deal with what he needs and it looks like he will need surgery anyway do he would have to go to the emergency clinic! " strange that this place says they are a pet hospital when clearly they can't do anything on site! I explained I came there to get him checked so I didn't have to pay outrageous emergency bills that's when I was told "well we only work on appts and the vet must leave in 10 min sharp!" what kind of business is this? I sure hope they have plenty of appts booked to keep them afloat since they don't need any new customers! Iin a way I'm glad I know now before they treated my baby since their lack of compassion, care and customer service tells me how he would be treated! Totally unprofessional not a very clean or up kept place either and I guess all they do is refer to another place maybe they should change their name to Conroe Animal Referral Hospital or Conroe Appiontmemt Hospital and close their doors! hey barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.
