I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The examining rooms at Kim A. Taylor, DVM 's office were immaculate. You could practically eat of the floor if you wanted to. There were no bad smells and everything seemed really sterile. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best
