They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. This veterinarian wasn't really compassionate when my pet was sick. They just gave me the facts and didn't really appear to care that much.
