They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

I took my dog in to have something checked on her snout. Just for the vet to look at it and tell me they did not know what was wrong cost me $140. I scheduled a surgery and some tests for it. That ended up costing me over $350 after I was told a couple hundred. Still no answer to what was wrong. I understand that medicine (human and animal) is not an exact science but to pay so much to find out nothing is pretty appalling. With a little research on the internet I found out she had cancer of the snout and I would have to put her down eventually. Office visit $140, Tests $350, to find out she had cancer via the internet: Priceless
