I loved everything about this place and I will definitely recommend it to people I know. He went out of his way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. He strove to maintain a professional appearance and look his best at all times. He never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. He always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

Dr. H, at BYI Massage and Hypnosis is a five star professional, and I will be going back to him whenever I'm in Lubbock!

I'm here in Lubbock (from California) on business and have been suffering with back, shoulder and arm pain for a couple of months.

I searched the internet for someplace to get a massage on Sunday and everyone was closed. I was just about to give up when I found BYI's web site and called. I got Dr. H., who said he normally doesn't come in on Sundays but would this time since I was in so much pain.

All I can say is the massage was amazing and I left feeling balanced, energized, relaxed and pain-free.

Dr. H. is kind, intelligent, very knowledgeable, and generous. He provided me with information on many subjects I asked about, gave me the best deep tissue massage I've ever had, and was sincerely interested in helping me regain my flexibility and balance.

I don't believe in accidents or coincidences, so I know I found Dr. H. because he is an amazing professional.
