We set up an appointment for getting hearing aids reprogrammed for my father and was told by his receptionist at their office on 5120 south western ave after answering some questions about father's existing Phonak hearing aids we had purchased privately they could reprogram them . but changed mind when we arrived in the office and did not even consider looking at his Phonak aids . were told "come with me" and we went to another office and told the only option was to spend $5000 to get new aids.
high pressure sales tactics check around before you buy,, you have the right to do that . as we walked out Mr Brueggeman said "so are you going to deny your father the ability to hear"?
