I have never had such a bad experience. I went for a color, cut, and style. My stylist said maybe two words to me, then actually left the building when she put me under the dryer to process the color. It seemed all the service staff left for lunch at that time and I was the only one in the room for quite a while. As a result the color came out gray! And my hair was badly damaged. Management was unapologetic and refused to give me a refund. I have been going to salons for 30 yrs and this is the first time I have cried over my hair or asked for my money back!
