I've only ever been able to go twice, but both experiences have been great! The staff is very friendly and professional, and it's obvious they're incredibly knowledgable as well. The salon itself is clean, and all of the instruments are sterile. Nothing sketchy here! I asked for a very drastic haircut, and Kelly jumped at the challenge. I showed her a picture, and she gave me all of the elements of the style I wanted while making some tweaks to better flatter my face. Then she taught me how to style it, and I feel confident that I can recreate this look on my own between cuts. I couldn't be happier with how I look!

We were making a wedding appointment arrangement that included travel, and a deposit was required. 1 day after the deposit was made (30 days before the appointment), we changed our mind and were told the deposit was unrefundable. She was unprofessional and clearly did not want our business again.
