I went in for a 2" trim off my very long hair. 8" later I just gave up trying to have the hair cutter get my hair even. One side was 4" longer than the other. I went back first thing the next morning to ask for my money back. I was told I needed to wait to talk to someone until everyone in the waiting area got their haircuts - more than a 1/2 hour - and that the manager would have to speak to the owner and the person who cut my hair to get "her side" of the story. This is after I showed her one side of my hair was 4" longer than the other side. This was the second time I have been to this store. The first time I didn't get a great haircut, but they are convenient and I decided to give them another try. Buyer BEWARE!
