Friendly staff, Rachael was great and did a fantastic jon "fixing" someone else's ( from another salon) mistakes.. Easy to locate, park, I walked in and was taken to a chair right away. The few others that came in after me were very quickly taken care of as well. The only complaint I have is that some of the staff are smokers and went outside to smoke in the back doorway, leaving it open. It was a nice warm day and the shop was filled with flies before I left. Nothing worse than being shampooed and a fly light on your lip. Also NOTE: no matter how good a stylist, if they are not used to working with very curly hair they WILL cut TOO short. My bangs were seriously too short after the cut. The back was shorter than I wanted as well, but that is something you can live with better than your bangs...I almost look like I have a mullet now...GROW already!!...The lowlights were amazingly natural looking! Great on my color, not so great on the cut...
