Initially I became involved in fitness to stay in shape as I pursued a modeling career while working as a freelance photographer. Years later I enlisted in the United States Air Force where I was my Squadron's Fitness manager and also the Non-Commissioned Officer in charge of the Weight Management Program.

As a Certified Personal Trainer I strive to provide the information, training and inspiration to make fitness, health, and wellness easy and achievable.

My hope is to; encourage you to live a healthy lifestyle, guide you to make healthy decisions to improve your quality of life, inspire you toward charitable involvement, all to attain harmony with the ~body~mind~soul.

I custom design every exercise program specific to each individual clients needs.
