I am primarily psychodynamic in my orientation. I have additional training in EMDR and Hypnotherapy through the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis. I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other modalities as needed.

I am licensed in both CT and NY, and have clinical experience working in hospitals, mental health clinics and private practice dealing with depression, anxiety, eating disorders, life transitions, personal crisis, relationship and family issues, trauma, grief and loss. I work with individuals, couples, adolescents, children and their families.
